What is a cloud service?

When we talk about a  cloud service  we refer to services that are used over the Internet.

Before the concept in the cloud, everything related to the processing and storage of data was done from the computer itself. That is, we had to have the relevant programs installed on our laptop to make certain services work.

What allows us now the service in the cloud is precisely the separation between the programs that before we were forced to install and the operation of a certain tool. With this we manage to use applications or management systems remotely thanks to the Internet, without having them installed.

Although we are not aware, we use a large number of cloud services every day: Google, Amazon, Apple, Yahoo, Gmail, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc. which we can access from any laptop, computer, mobile, tablet ... that has an Internet connection.
